Privacy Policy:

Wren & Winnie will never share your information!  Your email address, physical address, or any other personal data related to your account and purchase is strictly used for shopping/marketing purposes.  

Your Ability to Opt-Out of Future Communication:

We get it, sometimes you just can’t handle another email in your inbox.  To unsubscribe to our newsletter simply click here and supply your email address.  Please understand unsubscribing may take 1 – 2 weeks to take affect.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date.  Items must be returned in original condition with original tags.  Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of stains, and visible marks.  To return an item, email heygirl@wrenandwinnie.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.  You are responsible for return shipping charges.  Upon inspection you will be notified via email if return/exchange is accepted or denied.  If item does not meet above criteria upon inspection, Wren & Winnie reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange.  If you want the requested return/exchange item sent back to you, it is subject to a shipping charge.  If item does meet above criteria you will be issued store credit for the retail cost of the item (less tax & shipping).  Store credit must be used within 90 days.

Defective Items:

Here at Wren & Winnie we try our best to provide quality items. We inspect each item individually for defects. Unfortunately, mistakes occasionally happen. To request an exchange or refund on a defective item you must email heygirl@wrenandwinnie.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment (verified through shipment tracking).  Include your name, order number, and details on what’s wrong with the item.  Item must have original tags. If item meets above criteria, we will issue a return shipment tag. The item must be returned to us within 30 days for store credit. (You will be credited for the full amount paid for the order, including shipping.)

Non-Returnable Items:

*Sale or clearance items

*Free gifts or promotional items

*Any items not returned in 30 days

*Any item missing original tags

*Any item with visible stains or marks of any kind

*Any item with holes, runs or tags.

Wren & Winnie has the right to cancel and refuse any order we find necessary at anytime for any reason.
